I wanted to create new book covers for the Divergent series. I decided to use a color scheme of red, green, and yellow for each book. Each cover illustrates the meaning behind its title. Divergent depicts how each circle separates from the others and facilitates self-discovery. I also included fire, as it represents Divergent's symbol in the book. For Insurgent, I illustrated a fist to signify the rise of power and advancements in the story. Lastly, Allegiant depicts the circles coming together and empowering one another.
